Yes, that's right we were in school on Saturday. Members of the School Council were joined by the Eco-reps and assorted adults (parents, aunts, uncles and teachers) to clear the pond area; to prepare the mini allotments; to plant hedging; and to create a new 'meadow' area. Everyone worked very hard, hauling logs, weeding beds, clearing foliage and digging holes to improve the school's outside learning environment. The School Council and Eco-reps are now in a position to start spending their hard earned cash (from Busk Stop and Tech Girls) on making further improvements around the school - watch this space for further developments. Thank you to everyone who gave up their Saturday afternoon.
