Some of the Year 6 children volunteered to run quick practical science experiments for the children in other year groups. The investigations which they chose were chromatography, lava lamps, fishing for ice, volcanoes, bending water and helicopters. The Year 6 children were tasked not only with demonstrating these activities to the children, but they also had to explain the science behind them.
They did a great job and the children in the rest of the school thoroughly enjoyed being able to take part. Have a look below to see what they got up to.
