Having planted the seeds on Wednesday 27th April, it all became a waiting day.
We had to watch the seeds over the next few days and wait for germination.
Thursday morning didn't bring any great excitement, and neither did Friday (the teachers had a look during their INSET day.)
However, during the course of Saturday and Sunday, our seeds had grown enough to poke through the soil!!! This brought much excitement...and not just from the children, not naming anyone in particular....Miss Beynon!!
There was a clear difference between the size of the plants on Monday, with the blue replicates having grown taller than the red replicates.....but which have been in space?!?!
