In our English lessons we are sharing and discussing a range of Aesop’s fables, a collection of short stories that have a message or lesson to learn. Your homework challenge this week is to research some facts about Aesop. Once you have found out some facts about him, write them down in your homework book in full sentences, remembering to use capital letters and full stops.
Some of the things you could try and find out are:
When was he born?
Where was he from?
What was his job?
What is he famous for?
Did he have any difficulties in his life?
How many fables did he share?
You are more than welcome to ask an adult to help you with your research. A good place to start could be: https://kids.kiddle.co/Aesop
