We can’t quite believe that we are already half way through the school year! The first half of the Spring term is always tough, with dark mornings and dark afternoons, and the children have definitely earned their half term break. As we appreciate many families like to get away over the holidays, this homework is not due in until Wednesday 1st March. We are currently learning about the Ancient Egyptians, who are famous for, among other things, the pyramids, we would like the children to have a go at constructing their own pyramid. Last year the children made these out of Lego, cardboard, sugar cubes, modelling clay and paper mache. Please see the Year 3 class pages for some inspiration. Happy building and happy half term!
