PJS Cross Country Runners were busy representing the school last Thursday. Thirty children from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 travelled to Hughenden Park to compete against local schools in our sports partnership. The course was just over a mile long and quite challenging in places. All the children put in a fine performance and ran the course with great energy and enthusiasm. It was lovely to see how well the children supported and encouraged their teammates while they completed their respective races. All the children’s results were combined, with the girls finishing third overall and the boys finishing second.
We hope that some of these children will also have a go at the Prestwood Fun Run in May
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
